We aim to ensure your satisfaction. Our policy:

1. If the product is faulty or not as described, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

2. If dissatisfied, we offer a full refund if claimed within 7 days of purchase.
   Note: Since the product is handmade there may be minor colour or pattern variations, which are not refundable, common and contribute to the product’s uniqueness.

3. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after return verification.
